Live From The New Pedal & Park Facilities At South Station
MassBike executive director David Watson spoke at this morning’s rainy bike facility opening. Unfortunately, the video cuts off before we got to the dedication, but the new name for the bike cages is “Pedal & Park” as you can see in the pictures below.

I voted for “Bike Bay Station” Congrats to the winner. I think these cages are great way to promote non-automotive modes of transportation. Bike to the T and then take the train into town. I just wish they had the bike charlie card available at the station like they claim. You have to go to downtown crossing pass office to get one.

saw 2 homeless people sleeping inside the cage this morning. It isn’t a very inviting place for bikes — but I guess it is a comfy place to rest!
