Metro Boston Chapter
About us
The Metro Boston chapter of MassBike promotes the interests of cyclists in general and MassBike in particular within the Boston area. Our region of interest is defined formally as the MAPC Inner Core and informally as “inside 128, excepting the North Shore.â€
Our activities include:
- working on projects that span multiple communities
- acting as a liason among the local bike committees and between them, MassBike, and other advocacy groups (notably Walk Boston and LivableStreets Alliance)
- advising and advocating with state agencies that impact the region, particularly the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
