Have an event you want added to the calendar that is free to the public?

We are reaching out to cycling clubs, community organizations, outdoor and cycling shops, municipal bicycle committees and others for information on bike related events and activities.

Fill in the above form with the following information. Incomplete submissions can not be guaranteed a listing spot on the calendar.

  • Main contact: managing organization or person
  • Phone number and/ or Email address: for further event information
  • Website (if applicable)
  • Event logistics: date, time, location (town, street, zip)
  • Event description: one paragraph description, be sure to include any additional information that will assist people in finding the event

Have an event you wish to add to the calendar that you will be charging money for?

We can list your charity or for-profit rides and events on our calendar for a donation of $1 per rider (for rides) or attendee (for events) to support our advocacy efforts, with a minimum donation of $150. If the event happened last year, the donation is based on the number of participants from last year. For new events, the donation is based on your best estimate of participants. $1 per rider gets the event listed on our calendar and in two email blasts. Information about additional exposure and services available on request.
