The next Bike Lab is Saturday May 11th IN PULASKI PARK! in partnership with All Bodies on Bikes and Bike Week festivities! and continuing bi-weekly Saturdays 2024: May 25th, June 8th, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm at
12 Northern Ave, Northampton, MA
Anyone wanting to learn more and/or share what they know about basic bike maintenance and repairs, is welcome to stop by these free informal workshops. If you have questions about fixing flats, understanding gears, bike fit, brake adjustments, suspicious squeaks or creaks, assembling a bike, scooters, trikes, garden carts, walkers, wagons, perhaps ebikes, or riding safely in traffic and in cold, we can problem solve together. We have tools and parts, mostly used. If you have a bike, bring it. If you need a bike, we can help you fix one up for yourself. If you have a working or mostly-working bike or parts to donate, contact Ruthy to be sure we can take it. you can probably drop it off during normal Bike Lab hours, or contact Ruthy to make other arrangements. If you want to come to Bike Lab for any reason, including to help fix bikes, but your schedule doesn't allow, also contact Ruthy.
