Meet the Author of "Major Taylor: World Cycling Champion"

Join the Major Taylor Association on Jan. 23, 2024 at 7pm to meet Charles R. Smith Jr., author of the new children's book "Major Taylor: World Cycling Champion" (Candlewick Press, 2023) on a free Zoom.

The virtual visit, open to all, is presented in conjunction with book giveaways by Seven Hills Wheelmen and other bike clubs from coast to coast that are affiliated with the Major Taylor Association. Details: https://www.majortaylorassociation.org/events.shtml

In Worcester, books were given to third-graders at City View Discovery School and will be distributed to more Worcester students via the Martin Luther King Day book drive coordinated by Worcester Area Mission Society
