Public Meeting: Cambridge, Eastern Cambridge Kendall Square Open Space Study

Public Meeting: Boston, Leverett Circle Pedestrian Bridge
Time: 6:30 PM
Location: The West End Museum, 150 Staniford St., Boston, MA
Description: This MassDOT-hosted meeting will discuss the proposed Leverett Circle Pedestrian Bridge project. According to MassDOT, "The proposed project consists of designing a new ADA compliant overhead/pedestrian bridge over O’Brien Highway and Nashua Street which connects directly to the MBTA Science Station on the Green Line. At grade improvements will also be made to the intersection below. The proposed bridge structure will provide multi modal accommodations for pedestrians and cyclists." Read More.

Public Meeting: Boston, South Boston Waterfront Sustainable Transportation Plan

Description: The City of Boston, the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA), Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), and Massport have joined together to develop a Sustainable Transportation Plan that supports the 21st century South Boston Waterfront area. Public Meeting: Falmouth, Route 28A & Route 151 Intersection Improvement Project

Description: This MassDOT-hosted public informational meeting is to announce the project and solicit comments, concerns and ideas from the public who are familiar with the intersection to help \derive the best possible solutions for the proposed Intersection Improvements and related work at the North Falmouth Highway (Route 28A) and Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151) project. The proposed project consists of improvements to safety, operations and access at the intersection above. Event: Bike Friday - City of Boston
Time: Convoys meet at 6:45 AM. Festival at City Hall Plaza 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA
Description: On Bike Friday, you can join a bike commuter convoy from one of dozens of locations throughout the Boston metro area. Safe guided convoys with experienced ride leaders will follow a fixed schedule and route and finish together at City Hall Plaza in Boston.
