Our Commuter Workshops are a fast paced one hour lunch time talk that companies, schools, and other groups request. They cover everything you will need to know to get started commuting, including bike choice, clothing choice, gear choice, route planning, rules of the road, how to look professional, and a whole host of other good stuff.
