"Bike Anatomy and Your Anatomy - An Intro Workshop"
Monday, March 23
6 pm - 8 pm
This workshop is for beginners or seasoned riders alike! We'll talk about the major parts of a bicycle and how they function, and then discuss how bicycles can be adjusted to fit your anatomy and proportions, so that you can ride comfortably and efficiently. We’ll use interactive/hands-on time, discussion, and Q&A. You are welcome to bring your bike (but not required to).
The intent of these workshops is to provide a space and learning opportunity for individuals who are often not represented in mainstream cycling. We welcome all bodies, all colors, all ages, all riding abilities, and all genders including but not limited to trans men, trans women, non-binary individuals, women, women-identified folx, and allies.
Registration is necessary; clinic limited to 10 people. The fee for this workshop ($15) goes toward MassBike Pioneer Valley. Please note we will waive the fee if it is a barrier to your participation! Participants will also receive an introductory membership or renewal to the MassBike PV Chapter.
