Join All Bodies on Bikes Western Mass to get in gear to bike to work, school, or anywhere you need to go with Bike Commuting 101.

Bike Commuting 101 is an interactive workshop for those interested in bike commuting or who want a refresher. We’ll go over getting your bike ready to roll, gear, what to wear, and planning your route. Plus, we’ll share other tips and tricks to help you gear up for Bike to Work Week this May! Come with any questions about your bike commute, and all your excitement for biking as transportation!

This workshop will be a classroom session--you do not need to bring your bike.
