Carry It With You Challenge Recap

Glenn's bike to work set up is ready for any conditions

During our “Carry It With You” Challenge, you all show off some of your best bicycling hauls! One lucky winner received a basket from Nantucket Bike Basket Co. to help make it even easier to load up their bicycle with whatever they need to carry. Here is just a very small sampling of some the great entries we recieved:

Suzy, who says, "You can't beat taking the world with you on a bike! And of course a dog. Always a dog."

Heather told us about she constantly carries things by bike, like this rain barrel she hauled home on her Yuba Boda Boda.

But more recently, Heather's 6-year-old son, Calvin, has gotten in on the bike carrying action- he proudly carried their pizza leftovers home on a family vacation in Burlington, VT and enjoyed the nice bike lane.

And who hasn't wondered about how they'll get the 100 lbs of onions they just purchased at the farmer's market home? Eric said no tears were shed during the 3-mile journey from the Haymarket Farmer's Market to his final destination.

Thank you to everyone who joined our "Carry It With You" Challenge- it was great to see the large variety of items you all have packed onto your bicycles!
