Craft Sportswear and MassBike Both Celebrate 40 Years with Partnership

Craft Sportswear and MassBike celebrate forty years of making cycling better in Massachusetts. Since 1977, Craft Sportswear has been boosting the sport experience by designing innovative and functional sportswear while becoming a favorite among Bay State cyclists who ride in all conditions. MassBike, also founded in 1977, has overseen explosive growth in bike friendly infrastructure and laws statewide.

To mark this milestone, Craft Sportswear will provide MassBike memberships to clubs and organizations placing custom cycling clothing orders in 2017. This innovative partnership improves conditions for Bay State cyclists no matter where they ride or what weather conditions prevail.

“Bicycling has always been one of Craft’s heritage sports so our partnership with MassBike is a perfect fit,” said Jon Howard, Craft’s Director of Consumer Sales and Marketing. “With the organization’s focus on encouraging bicycling for fun and fitness, MassBike will be more than welcomed by our custom cycling partners for years to come”

“Increasingly we believe advocacy is not just about riding in cities but riding in the suburbs and in the country,” stated MassBike Executive Director Richard Fries. “This is where clubs ride. The club system is critical to making cycling safer and more courteous for all road users. The partnership with Craft reinforces this concept.”
