Taught virtual via Zoom (a link will be emailed to attendees)
Friday, May 17, 4 PM – 7 PM (basic rules and safety)

Truth & Techniques, our classroom session, will be taught virtually via Zoom.

The full CyclingSavvy Course INCLUDES Truth & Techniques classroom (virtual Zoom session), Train Your Bike (bike handling) session, and our signature on-road experience — Tour of Waltham.

Truth & Techniques, our classroom session, will be taught virtually via Zoom. Train Your Bike is a bike handling session taught in a parking lot. Completion of these two sessions is required before taking the Tour session.

The Tour of Waltham is where it all comes together. This experiential tour includes some of the most intimidating road features (intersections, interchanges, merges, etc.) cyclists might find in their travels. The students travel as a group, stopping to survey and discuss each exercise location. After observing the feature, discussing the traffic dynamics and the best strategy for safe and easy passage, the students ride through individually and regroup at a nearby location where they cheer each other’s success.

Scholarships are available for 3-Part Workshops, covering up to 50% of the cost. To request a scholarship, please APPLY HERE and find out if you qualify.

You can take this class now and choose to take the on-bike sessions at a later date.
