The League of American Bicyclists is hosting its 23rd Annual National Bike Summit from Sunday, March 26 to Wednesday, March 29, 2023. This year will again feature in-person and virtual options for participants to engage in building a Bicycle Friendly America for everyone. Each year, advocates from Massachusetts have attended the Summit and learned from better-bicycling supporters from across the nation.

The Summit in DC will feature in-person workshops, mobile discussion groups, opportunities to ride (like Vivian and Alejandro shown above at last year's e-bike demo event), and networking events as we gather advocates from around the country. All Summit sessions/panels, plenaries, and keynote speakers will be streamed online for in-person and virtual attendees. 

To encourage youth participation, the Bike League is again offering free registration to the virtual summit for all advocates aged 21 or younger. The past few years, they have offered a youth track for workshops to build the next generation of better bicycling advocates across the country.

Lobby Day will be held on Wednesday, March 29th, depending on in-person attendance there may again be virtual options to meet with legislative staff. For the past two years we’ve had constituents from every district join our Lobby Day. We hope you can join us to show our legislators in DC the broad support for better bicycling in Massachusetts.
