N.E. Ride to End Alzheimer's
About Ride to End Alzheimer's New England
Started by the Noonan family in 1996, the Ride to End ALZ New England is a cycling event to directly impact the pace and momentum behind the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia. Inspired by science and driven by a determination to end this disease, participants in Ride to End ALZ raise funds and awareness to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's.
Fully supported, on and off the bike Whether you’re a novice cyclist, weekend warrior or avid enthusiast, we’ve got a Ride for you.
Choose between three scenic options — 100, 62, 30, or 15 miles — cycling along the beautiful coast of New Hampshire and through picturesque Massachusetts farmland, along the Merrimack River, and through scenic nature reserves.
While you’re out on the route, we’ll have you covered with rest stops every 15-20 miles supplied with water, Gatorade, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, snacks, pickle juice, cheering volunteers to fuel you to the finish line, and more! In addition, SAG (Support & Gear) vans will be out on all routes to support you for the duration of Ride, as well as medical support, mechanical support, and police escorts.
We'll end the day with a big celebration on the beach featuring live music, barbecue, ice cold beer, awards and more! We also offer a virtual event option for those who can’t join us at Hampton Beach.
You're not in this challenge alone — each rider will receive support from the Ride to End ALZ staff and volunteer Ambassadors from registration to the day of Ride!
