The Trail Mix Community Ride: Scoot, Snack, Celebrate!

Join MassBike and the Massachusetts Central Rail Trail Alliance for a fun, family-friendly ride along the Wachusett Greenway's section of the Mass Central Rail Trail as we celebrate Trails Day! Pedal at your own pace, connect with the community, and enjoy a post-ride trail mix bar. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Registration/RSVP required to attend. Limited to 24 participants.

Through West Boylston and Holden, this scenic ride travels on the old Mass Central Rail bed through pristine woodlands in the Wachusett Reservoir watershed—one of the primary water sources for the greater Boston area under the stewardship of DCR DWSP. Along the way, you’ll travel beside the Quinapoxet River, a clear, flowing stream that weaves around boulders and over gentle rapids. There will be plenty of opportunities to pause, take in the views, and explore highlights along the route, including two trail bridges that cross the river.
