Help the Southampton Greenway get built!

Do you love our local rail trail network? Imagine extending it another 3.1 miles south through Southampton toward Westfield.
The Friends of Southampton Greenway is looking for volunteers to help bring a 3.1-mile paved trail to Southampton, MA, a missing link in a regional rail trail network stretching from Northampton to New Haven. The trail will be open to walkers, runners, cyclists, and people of all abilities and activities.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Trail events & guided walks/rides
• Community outreach & tabling
• Fundraising
• Social media & communications
• Trail stewardship (once built!)
No experience or Southampton residency necessary, just enthusiasm for trails and community.
