The list of League Cycling Instructors from the League of American Bicyclists has certified instructors who have been trained by the League in classes designed to reach people of all ages and abilities by improving skills, building confidence, and teaching others.

For road riding, the organization Cycling Savvy teaches people to use their bikes to go anywhere they want, safely and confidently, with the approach that bicyclists are expected and respected as a normal part of traffic.

If you are looking for information on learning to ride, either after years off the bike or for the first time, the Bicycle Riding School in Somerville teaches people 5 years old and older to ride bicycles, including adults who never learned as children.
