About the ride:

Celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with a fun, community bike ride for all ages and abilities! Riders may begin at either location. We'll start at Coes Park, ride together to the Blackstone River Greenway Visitor Center to welcome additional participants, and then continue as one group along the scenic Blackstone River Greenway before returning to Worcester.

We'll make a short detour to Blackstone Ice Cream at the historic Felters Mill in Millbury, where we'll take a break to enjoy some ice cream before heading back. Located in the heart of the **Blackstone River Valley—the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution—**Felters Mill is a beautifully restored historic textile mill that now serves as a vibrant home for local businesses. It's a great opportunity to celebrate together while experiencing a piece of the region's rich industrial heritage.

The ride is free and open to people of all ages and abilities. We'll have a brief rest stop with water along the way.
